These updates are for Pro Conditioning Professional, Coach & Trainer.
To Install An Update
1. Download the appropriate file from this page
2. Save the file in a known location on your computer
3. Extract (unzip) the file by double clicking on the downloaded file (eg 'procon170.zip' file)
4 .Ensure Pro Conditionining is not running then run the extracted file (eg 'procon.exe')
by double clicking it
5. Direct the installer to the same loaction as original program
Default location C:/Program Files/Pro Conditioning
Once the desktop icon changes to 'Pro Conditioning v1.7.0' the update is installed

Warning - only install updates that match the version of Pro conditioning you are currently running.
This update incorporates v1.57, v1.6 and is highly recommended update for all versions of Pro Conditioning Software
